Tom's Pengembaraan
In Malay, Pengembara means traveler. And Pengembaraan means adventure. I've always fancied myself a bit of an explorer of "brave new worlds" both geographic and otherwise. While I can't deliver prose the likes of Jack London, Joseph Conrad or Herman Melville, I hope this blog helps me document a flavor of my Malaysian adventure.

My first thought was: how typically Anglican to build a church in Malaysia that looks basically like something right out of the Cotswolds. But then I thought that, as far as local houses of worship go, architecturally this one probably stood out quite a bit when it was built, given that it wasn't a native style.
